The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a crucial role in our recruitment process, serving as the primary point of contact for candidates and supporting the Corporate Recruiter in identifying, attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent across the organization.
Duties and responsibilities
Post job openings on internal and external job boards
Schedule interviews and communicate logistics to candidates and interviewers
Serve as primary point of contact for candidates, responding to inquiries and providing timely updates throughout the hiring process
Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Coordinate new hire onboarding logistics, working with IT, facilities, and department managers to ensure day-one readiness.
Prepare new hire paperwork and coordinate orientation session(s) for the new hires first week
Serve as a resource for new employees during their initial transition period
Support internal mobility processes including transfers, promotions, and role changes
Compile and review feedback to identify trends, recurring issues, and areas of improvement
Support/Coordinate Career Fairs and other recruitment events as needed
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, etc.) to promote job openings and company culture.
Compile recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate satisfaction
Support compliance with company policies and state-wide employment regulations
Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR related field preferred
1+ years of HR or talent acquisition experience.
Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) preferably ADP Workforce Now
Must have effective verbal and written communication skills: both internally, and externally.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Must be detail oriented, dependable and trustworthy: able to work with confidential material.

Physical Demands
Must be able to sit/stand for 8 hours
The ability to use arms/hands/fingers to feel and reach
Must be able to hear and talk to communicate with internal and external customers
Must be able to push/pull/life at least 10 lbs. individually and up to 30 lbs. with the help of a team member.
Ability to work in an interactive office group setting, and spend primary working hours at a desk using a computer and other office equipment such as printers, copiers, postage machines, etc.
