Job Description
Deliver a world class recruitment experience for current and future team members. The Talent Acquisition Consultant develops a proactive, innovative approach to hire diverse, top talent. This team member is responsible for specific talent pools and creating solutions to create and maintain pipelines of talent. Additionally. they are responsible for compliance to state and federal employment laws and compliance with SRH policies and procedures. The TAC successfully executes, adopts, and sustains, ongoing strategies and solutions while managing stakeholder relationships to achieve organizational results. Qualifications:
- 5 Years experience in recruiting or
- 3 Years\' experience and bachelor\'s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field
- Certification preferred
