Taco Time is a fast-casual Mexican restaurant known for its fresh, high-quality ingredients and friendly service. Our goal is to serve delicious food in a fast, efficient, and friendly manner. We are currently seeking motivated, energetic individuals to join our team in Missoula, MT.

Position Summary:

As a Taco Time Team Member, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional dining experience. You'll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and help with food preparation, customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude and a smile Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare food items to Taco Time's standards, ensuring quality and presentation Operate kitchen equipment, including fryers, grills, and ovens, while following safety procedures Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth operation Follow all food safety guidelines and health regulations Adhere to company policies and procedures, including punctuality and attendance Handle cash and credit transactions accurately Be a positive and energetic team player, always looking for ways to help the team succeed

Requirements:

No prior experience required--training is provided! Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor Must be reliable, responsible, and a team player Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds for extended periods Must be able to work and be flexible with hours Must be at least 15 years of age or older
