Area Coach:
Think outside the bun with a career at a Taco Bell/KFC multi-unit Franchisee with over 60 years in the QSR industry. We have fun and offer personal challenges and growth.
The Area Coach has overall responsibility for overseeing the people processes and operations of 4-8 Restaurants in one area. Specifically, we are looking for Area Coaches for restaurants located in Daytona Beach, Deland & Sanford. The Area Coach drives excellence in day to day operations in the market; trains coaches, supports restaurant managers; plans and sets goals; focuses on in-store problem solving/processes improvement; sets standards; recognizes and motivates all Team Members.
Prior Taco Bell preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
