This position is responsible for supervising the table games dealers and the day to day operations of table games, and filling in for the Table Games Lead Supervisor. Ensures efficient profitable operations by operating the table games department in compliance with all applicable laws, Tribal regulations, and internal controls.
Responsible for the accuracy and professional, proficient manner in dealing specific table games according to the Company's policies and procedures and in compliance with Gaming regulations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the protection and control of the games.
2. Conducts the games in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures, handling player transactions and notifying the Table Games Supervisors of any irregularities.
3. Assists in management functions such as provides performance feedback, workflow, and direction to staff.
4. Ensures that internal controls and all tribal gaming policies as well as state and federal regulations are followed.
5. Resolves and advises Table Games Supervisors of any player disputes or arguments that may arise during the game.
6. Informs Table Games Supervisors, Table Games Lead Supervisor and Operations Manager of any important or relevant facts regarding specific players and their action.
7. Maintains a professional, friendly and courteous atmosphere providing the customer with a pleasant gaming experience, and notifying supervisor or appropriate department of any customer needs such as cocktails, host service etc.
8. Maintains the highest level of confidentiality.
9. Communicates with Gaming, management, and other departments in facilitating the flow of information throughout the property.
10. Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Education/Experience/Qualifications
Educational/Experience: High School diploma/GED and
MUST have attended a certified blackjack school OR have previous dealer experience.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Wyandotte Nation Gaming License.

3. Must be reliable, punctual and cooperative with co-workers and managers.
4. Maintain a professional and calm demeanor in a high stress environment.
5. Ability to work in areas containing high noise levels and second hand smoke.
6. Ability to read, write and understand English.
