Job Description

Essential Job Responsibilities/Expectations



1. Job responsibilities include those listed in competencies document


2. Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and


co-workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values.


3. Serves as project leader in a coordinating role between clients and IT personnel for problem resolution,


project evaluation and system integration and implementation.


4. Coordinates systems support, which includes design, coding, documentation, training and implementation of


multiple systems.


5. Serves as the primary liaison between the IT department, vendors and clients for multiple complex


systems/applications and interfaces.


6. Provides technical assistance to clients and IT staff specifically as it relates to integration of complex systems.


7. Participates in on-call rotation schedule, to include daily, after hours and weekends, to provide 24x7 client


support when necessary



Job Requirements



Qualifications/Training:



1. Five years of related work experience including coding, interface programming, system integration, and


information systems/technology support required.


2. Must be a team player with excellent communication skills, initiative, organizational skills, analytical


abilities, and the ability to lead projects.


3. Three years of experience with desktop applications, must be highly proficient in Word, Excel, and


Project Management Software.


4. Must have a thorough understanding of change control, code management, troubleshooting and


monitoring of system performance.



Licenses/Certifications/Registrations/Education



1. Bachelor's degree in Business/Healthcare/Computer Science equivalent combination of education and


experience.
