Your Role & Responsibilities

Gather and document functional and non-functional business requirements Conduct research and define user stories for enhancement requests Partner with product owners to vet and prioritize incoming requests Collaborate with developers to ensure clarity and completeness of requirements Support ULC governance processes and assist with QA coordination Contribute to GIS mapping enhancements and other operations software initiatives

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

4-6 years of experience in a large, matrixed corporate environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously Proficiency in

JIRA

and

Excel

Comfortable working in

Agile

or hybrid methodologies Self-starter with excellent time management and collaboration skills

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience in the

Utility sector

Hands-on experience with

GIS systems

Familiarity with capital project delivery processes

Education & Certifications You Need

No specific degree required - equivalent experience is welcomed No certifications required
