Systems Analyst (Telecommunications)
Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Systems Analyst (Telecommunications) for a contract position in Minneapolis, MN. The opportunity will be one year with a strong chance for a long-term extension.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Working with incidents and service requests related to telephony service and call processing systems.
• Escalations of issues with telephony vendors.
• Attend planning meetings and gather information on telephony related infinitives.
• Advise on contracts related vendor telephony support.
• Assist with planning and migration to new telephony and call processing systems.

Qualifications:

• General knowledge of supporting classic on-premises PBX systems (minimum 5 years experience).
• Demonstrated use in ability to work with a team and independently
• Managing work with support vendors (minimum 5 years of experience).
• Demonstrated ability to gather requirements for telephony-related projects (minimum 5 years of experience).
• Candidate must reside in Minnesota.
