Systems Analyst

Urschel, a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking a Systems Analyst to join our IT team. The Systems Analyst will engage in collaborative discussions with end users to discern and analyze emerging business system needs. Collaboration with the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system team. Actively contribute to SQL Server Administration, ensuring the efficiency and integrity of the database. The position is not remote and will be required to report daily to the Corporate Headquarters in Chesterton, Indiana.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience. ERP experience with Epicor is required. Background in SQL Server, SQL queries and SSRS preferred. Strong attention to detail, written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
