As a Systems Analyst III, you will be using your skills and expertise to assist in the analysis, development, and configuration of our existing software and systems that address business requirements and processes. You\'ll be responsible for evaluating the interface between hardware and software, operational requirements, and characteristics of our systems, establishing and documenting system parameters and formats, ensuring hardware and software system compatibility, coordinating and/or modifying system parameters, and revising our existing systems and testing functionality of those systems. You\'ll correct deficiencies and produce more effective data handling, data integrity, conversion, input/output requirements, and storage.

Must-haves:

Bachelor\'s Degree in a related field with at least 6 or more years of relevant experience

Higher education may substitute for relevant experience

Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education

5 + year\xe2\x80\x99s experience with supporting, upgrading all versions of Linux OS

5 + Experience with Linux related scripting (Bash, Python, Perl, etc.)

Proficiency with configuration management using Ansible and/or Puppet

2-5 year\xe2\x80\x99s experience implementing and supporting AWS and Azure Operations

2-5 years\' experience implementing and supporting VMware or Nutanix

Ability to Trouble shoot Network connectivity between Server Infrastructure.

Preferred:

Managing Windows or Mac systems

2-5 years\' Experience with IT Operations Monitoring Tools (PRTG, VROperations, Solarwinds)

Ability to Trouble shoot Network connectivity between Server Infrastructure

Able to pinpoint performance issues, troubleshoot and come up with recommendations

Experience leading in a model of shared governance while fostering a culture of trusted partnership, service, and continuous improvement within an IT organization

Plans and coordinates the setup, installation, and configuration of the operating system (including hardware and software), new software releases, and upgrades.

Monitors, tunes, diagnoses, and resolves complex operating system, application, and database problems; monitors network performance to determine future requirements.

Troubleshoots, maintains, and repairs complex problems, typically related to system failures, with servers, hardware, operating systems, security, applications, database structures, and data protection.

Implements and documents a backup and recovery process and leads capacity planning for a specific data system.

Plans, coordinates, and implements security measures to protect data, software, and hardware. Develops, tests, and implements complex scripts to automate common functions or system operations.

Solid understanding of network and security protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewall management.

Solid Knowledge of one of the following Python, Bash, PowerShell scripting and the ability to automate tasks using scripting.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with other IT team members and stakeholders.
