Role: ASIC Design & Architecture Lead
This position leads the full lifecycle of a secure RISC-V ASIC/SoC -- from architecture to fabrication -- supporting mission-critical defense and commercial applications.

Key Responsibilities
Lead a cross-functional team (hardware, software, verification) to define, design, simulate, and tape-out a secure RISC-V SoC
Serve as primary technical interface for internal teams, external partners, and pilot customers
Finalize microarchitecture specifications, performance requirements, I/O definitions, power targets, area constraints, and security features
Develop and oversee verification strategy, including testbench creation, functional/performance verification, and coverage closure
Drive RTL finalization, synthesis, place-and-route, timing closure, and industry-standard design methodologies
Evaluate emerging ASIC technologies and propose improvements
Build and manage a technical roadmap aligned to market and program needs
Break down roadmap into actionable tasks and lead design reviews
