Posting Summary
Rutgers University-Camden is seeking a System Administrator IV. Reporting to the manager of the Lab and Departmental Services team, this position is responsible for installing and providing technical support for computers and applications using deployment, management, and security tools; installation, administration, and support of printers and print-related services; domain administration of users and groups; and system administration of servers. This position also provides second level IT support to other IT staff, primarily the campus help desk. This position will informally supervise first level IT support and student workers on projects, as needed.
This position requires a highly detailed, technical understanding of computer operating systems and hardware, endpoint management, networks, and system- and network-related programming.
