Full Time, Evening/Nights
2p-10p, 10p-6a

Operation of the switchboard, Vocera, text messaging and radio paging system to facilitate the exchange of information between the Medical Centers, the public, physicians and departments within the hospital.

Responsibilities:
The answering of calls from the outside to notify doctors, transfer to patient room or transfer to another UPC. Utilization of Vocera for communication of codes. Utilization of computer with Window word, Excel and Outlook for communication and everyday activities. Willing and ready to assist other team members with their duties as time permits or need arises. Other duties as assigned (duties may be added, deleted or changed at any time)

Qualifications:

Education:

High School graduate required.

Experience:

Knowledge of Excel, Work and Outlook required. Answering multiple line phones preferred.

License(s)/Certification(s):

* Valid driver's license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons required.
