We are Quad Inc., a non-profit organization whose mission is to help adults living with physical disabilities to live as independently as possible in their own fully accessible apartments. We accomplish this through optional, resident directed, 24/7 supportive services for all aspects of daily living.

Job Title:

Personal Care Attendant

Responsibilities:

As a Personal Care Attendant, you will assist residents with full transfers using hoyer lifts, bladder and bowel care, bathing, dressing, housekeeping, cooking, and feeding (meal assistance).

Qualifications:

A proactive attitude toward assisting individuals with physical disabilities in activities of daily living. A positive and encouraging approach with residents and staff. Punctuality, good attendance, strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to maintain a professional attitude and appearance. Commitment to a person-centered approach to care delivery.

Personal Care Attendant Duties:

Assist residents with varying physical disabilities with activities of daily living, including but not limited to:

Grooming, dressing, and medication assistance.
Bladder and bowel care.
Transferring, turning, and repositioning.
Meal Assistance and laundry.
Documenting performed tasks accurately.

Pay:

Starting at $20/hour, with an additional $1/hour for good attendance.

Shift:

3pm-11pm
