Duties
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily pool maintenance and repair operations for residential and commercial clients.
Schedule and assign service routes to pool technicians, ensuring timely completion of all jobs.
Train, mentor, and evaluate service staff for optimal performance and safety standards.
Inspect pools, equipment, and facilities to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to pool systems, pumps, filtration, and water chemistry.
Oversee inventory management of chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
Develop and maintain customer relationships, addressing service inquiries and complaints promptly.
Prepare reports on service activities, maintenance logs, and client feedback.
Implement best practices for pool care, including water testing, cleaning, and chemical balancing.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for ordering and replenishing stock.
Ensure all staff adhere to company policies and safety procedures.
Handle emergency pool service calls and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Assist in budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation for service operations.
Experience:
Previous experience in pool service management or related field preferred.
Strong knowledge of pool maintenance, water chemistry, and equipment repair.
CPO & CST Certifications Preferred but not required.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.75 - $28.61 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
