Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

Lead Pool Installer

to join our team full-time. This person will play a key leadership role in managing and executing pool installation projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pool construction, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee all phases of pool installation projects Supervise and train crew members to ensure efficient, high-quality work Read and interpret plans, layouts, and specifications Coordinate equipment, materials, and schedules for daily operations Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and management Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Ensure all work meets company standards and local regulations

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in pool installation or construction Proven leadership and team management skills Strong understanding of pool construction techniques and materials Excellent organizational and communication skills Customer-focused attitude and professional appearance Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
