Duties and Responsibilities:

Provides swim instruction based on the Arkansas Swim Academy curriculum Enforces safety rules and regulations Interacts with parents/guardians on the activities and development of students' swim skills Go above and beyond as an Arkansas Swim Academy team member to ensure parental satisfaction Perform lifeguarding duties and act immediately and appropriately to ensure safety in the event of an emergency Swim instructors will be required to be in the water and have direct contact with the children Must be able to lift up to 50lbs comfortably Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned
- All of our swim instructors must be lifeguard certified or able and willing to obtain lifeguard certification -

Qualifications / Experience:

Previous swim instruction or swim coach experience preferred Experience working with children Relate well to children, parents, team members, and have superior communication skills Must have/obtain AED/CPR/First Aid certifications as a condition of employment Shallow Water Attendant - Lifeguard certification
