New Jersey Athletic Club is actively seeking swim instructors to join our aquatics team!

At NJAC, it's our mission to teach swimmers how to be safe in and around the pool, while helping individuals discover their love of the water! We are offering flexible hours and competitive rates for all swim instructors.

Pay Range - Commission based position
Job Duties and Responsibilities

Instruct swimming lessons including private and semi-private. Quickly and efficiently respond to member questions, comments, and concerns Provide a safe, clean and organized pool area Promote Aquatics programs and services as an NJAC Aquatics Ambassador
Position Requirements

CPR Certification (within 60 days of hire) Ability to work in water for prolonged periods of time Ability to communicate and exchange information with guests who have inquiries about NJAC's Aquatics program Ability to pass a swim test - including demonstration of 25 yards of the following strokes: front crawl, backstroke, breaststroke, side stroke, and butterfly
Preferred Requirements

Swim lesson instruction or coaching experience
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $50.00 per hour
