!!!! HIRING SWIM INSTRUCTORS FOR FALL 2025 !!!!

We are Sigma Performance Swimming, a non-profit 501(c)3 charitable athletic foundation that provides the highest standard of aquatic programming for people of all ages in over 16 locations throughout the DFW Metroplex.

We are looking for reliable, eager, and energetic individuals to join our Sigma family! We have classes available to teach infants, children, teenagers, and adults. Use your talents to boost our swimmers' confidence in the water!

Instructors are needed for in our

Fort Worth locations!

Reports to Deck Manager/Regional Manager

Sigma instructors are responsible for teaching water safety and techniques with our specialized curriculum to provide the best experience Have a positive attitude and maintain safety of our swimmers Use time efficiently to follow the curriculum Be mindful of time organization and class start times Communicate with deck managers to keep classes organized

Schedule Availability:

Must be available to work

both sets of days

Monday & Wednesday: 4:30pm - 7pm

OR/AND*
Tuesday & Thursday: 4:30pm - 7 pm Saturday: some weekend classes are available based on certain locations*
Training and obtaining certificates will start in August/September

Qualifications:

Instructor experience preferred but not necessary Swim background preferred but not necessary Lifeguard Certified preferred but will need to obtain if not (we will help you with these) Love to teach and be in the water Be honest, patient, creative, and dependable Take initiative and problem solve

Requirements:

Must be 16 years or older Able to tread the waters Be available to work evenings and weekend availability a plus Need to be comfortable interacting with children and adults Must pass background check

Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour
