Wenonah Swim Club is now accepting Club Manager applications for our 2026 Season. With the support from the Board of Trustees, the Club Manager will serve as the leader of WSC for all staff, members and guests throughout the summer season. This highly energetic individual shall be proactive, have excellent communication and organizational skills, assist with pool events and most importantly maintain a safe, clean environment at the club. WSC offers competitive hourly wages as well as monetary incentives for an exceptional job. This position includes a free, non-bonded membership for the incumbent's immediate family. Interested candidates must have current CPR and Lifeguard certifications or willing to obtain within three months of hire.

Position Requirements:

- BA/BS degree or equivalent education in related field
- Previous supervisory and/or managerial experience
- Certified Lifeguard & CPR/AED or willing to obtain within three months of hire

-Certified Pool Operator Certification (CPO) or willing to obtain within 3 months of hire
- Ability to arrive on time and prepared to work Full-Time from Memorial Day through Labor Day
- Coordination of pre-season preparations such as required pool inspections and ordering of supplies/chemicals
- Ability to hire staff, create weekly schedules, manage employee payroll and fill in during emergencies.
- Facilitate lifeguard training on emergency procedures and rescue techniques during monthly in-services
- Attend monthly Board of Trustee meetings as required

Position Responsibilities:

- Knowledge of Human Resource management and procedures is desired
- Ability to communicate and exchange information, even in sensitive situations, with patrons that have inquiries about WSC policies and procedures.
- Ability to work in a stationary position or move about the club for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to keep the Board apprised of activities, situations or problems in the pool area.
- Coordinating Swim Lesson schedules for staff and patrons.
- Most importantly ability to complete and document daily inspections to ensure pool area cleanliness and maintaining a safe/clean environment for our members and guests.
