Host person position duties include:
Greeting guests in a courteous and inviting manner
Proper phone etiquette and verbiage
Floorplan seating efficiency
Handling to-go orders (order accuracy, pick up time accuracy, cash/credit tender)
Helping the FOH staff with side duties
Maintaining a professional appearance and host station
