As a Sushi Helper, you will support our chefs and kitchen staff in delivering high-quality food in a fast-paced, professional environment. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about food and hospitality.

Responsibilities

Assist with food preparation and cooking under the direction of chefs Follow recipes, prep lists, and portion standards to ensure consistency Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations Support inventory management and proper stock rotation Handle food safely and follow all sanitation and food safety guidelines Assist with dishwashing and cleaning of kitchen equipment and utensils Work collaboratively with the culinary team during service

Qualifications

Previous restaurant, catering, or culinary experience preferred Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations Familiarity with kitchen tools and equipment Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to learn

Pay: $19.29 - $20.50 per hour
