SUSHI EXPERIENCE MUST HAVE
- Prepare a variety of sushi rolls, sashimi, and sushi according to recipes and customer preferences
- Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in sushi preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi bar and kitchen area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards in food handling and preparation
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely service
- Assist in menu planning and development of new sushi dishes
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed
```Experience```
- Previous experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role within the food industry
- Strong knowledge of sushi preparation techniques, including knife skills and presentation
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
