Position Summary: The Survivor Services Coordinator (SSC) is a full-time member of the Programs Team and plays a vital role in advancing Wings' mission to address unresolved childhood sexual abuse trauma through therapist-facilitated support groups for adults survivors and loved ones. This position provides essential administrative, coordination, and data support that allows our survivor-centered programs to operate with care, consistency, and integrity.
The SSC supports the day-to-day functioning of Wings' support group program through scheduling and coordination, documentation and record-keeping, trauma-informed communication with facilitators and members, and accurate data management, quality assurance, and reporting. This role helps ensure that survivors, facilitators, and staff experience Wings' programs as organized, responsive, and grounded in compassion.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills. They bring excellent written and verbal communication skills, a commitment to accuracy and follow-through, and a deep appreciation for survivor dignity, confidentiality, and choice. The SSC
