As a
Survey CAD Technician
at Atwell, you will work on diverse projects with various sizes, scopes, and details. You will work in a flexible work environment with a fantastic culture and a national presence. We are looking for Survey Technicians who are interested in being subject matter experts in renewable energy, land development, and construction projects.
Resourceful Support:
+ Act as a valuable resource for design staff, guiding drafting practices and procedures.
CAD Proficiency:
+ Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and related engineering software to complete assignments, ensuring they align with Atwell's standards.
Drawing Production:
+ Generate various drawings specific to projects, including ALTA/NSPS Surveys, Land Divisions, Right of Way Dedications, construction layouts, and construction staking.
Survey Data Analysis:
+ Review project survey data to analyze existing site conditions, considering factors like legal descriptions, ALTA/NSPS Surveys, easement documents, and Condominium Exhibit B documents.
Plan Modification:
+ Responsibly edit and modify plans in line with revisions from agencies, municipalities, and clients, following directives closely.
Workflow Coordination:
+ Maintain open communication with Project Managers and Team Leaders regarding workflow status, ensuring the team meets chargeability goals.
Qualifications
:
Minimum of 2+ years of previous AutoCAD Civil 3D experience required
Experience with boundary resolution and title review required
Experience with Trimble Business Center (TBC) preferred
High School Diploma Required, Associated Degree preferred
