Survey CAD Technician

for our operations in the Columbia, Maryland area. Consider a new opportunity that offers exposure to all land surveying processes in residential land development projects!

What is the opportunity?

This position will be on-site 5 days per week.

The Survey CAD Technician is drafting and assisting Designers and Coordinators with subdivision and site documents for field construction.

What are the primary responsibilities?

Draft plot plans Draft marketing plans Draft foundation as-builts Draft Condo Floor Plans Create Exhibits Create Final Houseline and Site As Builts Drafting Easement Plans

Qualifications

Ability to take direction and learn additional CADD and survey skills.

Do you have these qualifications?

Requires a functional knowledge of AutoCAD 7-10 years of experience in the field or in a related area

The salary for this position is $22.33-$37.14 per hour.
