Write detailed, accurate reports outlining observations, findings, and recommended actions to support case resolutions. Perform research on subjects or entities involved in investigations, utilizing public records, databases, and other resources to gather pertinent information. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and security teams to coordinate efforts and share intelligence effectively. Assist in fraud prevention and detection by identifying suspicious patterns or behaviors through surveillance footage review and data analysis. Maintain all investigation records securely, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal standards. Support security protocols by monitoring premises through CCTV systems and conducting physical inspections when necessary.

Qualifications

Prior experience in law enforcement, security, or investigative roles is highly desirable. Strong report writing skills with the ability to clearly articulate findings and observations. Proficiency in data collection methods and familiarity with research tools relevant to investigations. Demonstrated expertise in surveillance techniques, including the operation of CCTV systems and covert observation methods. Knowledge of fraud prevention strategies and detection techniques is a significant advantage. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with law enforcement, security teams, and internal stakeholders. Ability to work independently with a high level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail. Physical stamina for extended periods of surveillance activities when required.
