Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) - OR | Bismarck, ND | 13-Week Contract

Roles & Responsibilities

Scrub into a variety of surgical procedures including:

General/Robotics:

Davinci XI, ION robotic cases, GYN, open bellies, endo/GI

Ortho/Neuro:

Total joints, sports medicine, spinal fusions, cranis Participate in call rotations (weeknight, weekend, holiday) Maintain a 15-minute call response time (sleep room available) Collaborate with charge nurses and clinical supervisors for scheduling
Qualifications

Minimum

1 year of recent OR experience

in either General/Robotics or Ortho/Neuro Active

CST or NCCT certification

ND UAP

certification required

BLS

certification required Willingness to float and adapt to unit needs
Education

High school diploma or equivalent required Formal surgical technologist training program preferred
Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in robotic systems (Davinci XI, ION) Strong understanding of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation Ability to work in high-volume, fast-paced OR environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills
