```Job Summary:```
We are seeking a skilled SMT Operator to join our team. The SMT Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining surface mount technology (SMT) equipment to assemble electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs). This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.

```Duties:```
Set up and operate SMT equipment, including solder paste printer, pick-and-place machines (Mycronic/MyData), and reflow oven (Vitronics).

Set up boxes and feeders Verify placement programs Evaluate paste print Inspect components and PCBs for defects and quality issues Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions or process errors Adjust machines while running a job if necessary Evaluate solder condition after reflow Perform some manual part placement Follow assembly instructions, work orders, and engineering drawings Perform routine maintenance on SMT equipment to ensure optimal performance
```Experience:```
- Previous experience as an SMT Operator or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of surface mount technology processes and equipment
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English
- Ability to read and interpret prints, specifications, work instructions and bills of material
- Mycronic training would be a plus
