We are looking for an experienced leader to serve as Supported Living Program Manager. This role combines program management, staff leadership, regulatory oversight, and hands-on support to ensure individuals receive consistent, safe, and person-centered services.

The Supported Living Program Manager reports to IDD Program Director and works closely with internal teams, families, case managers, and community partners to ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and positive outcomes for the people we support.

Key Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership and accountability for supported living services, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care across all areas of daily living, health, safety, and community engagement. Develop, implement, monitor, and ensure staff adherence to Individual Support Plans, Behavior Support Plans, Medical Support Plans, and all related protocols. Ensure compliance with all applicable Oregon Administrative Rules, ODDS requirements, licensing standards, and Medicaid regulations. Oversee medication administration, medical appointments, treatments, equipment, and crisis response to ensure health and safety needs are met accurately and consistently. Ensure accurate, timely, and professional completion of documentation, data collection, incident reporting, and management of residents' personal funds and records. Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming supported living environments, including home and vehicle safety, maintenance coordination, and nutrition oversight. Serve as a primary point of contact for individuals supported, families, guardians, case managers, healthcare providers, and community partners, fostering positive and professional relationships. Participate in on-call coverage by carrying and responding to the program pager, attend required meetings, lead house staff meetings, and provide reports as requested.

Qualifications



Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Behavioral Health, Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. ORCHARDS Background Unit QED. Valid Driver's license Excellent leadership, time management and organizational abilities with strong team player attitude and team building skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community and office workplace. Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with others verbally, in writing and via electronic communication. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while determining priorities and managing a changing environment. Ability to work independently and be self directed. Effective knowledge of community-based resources and services for the I/DD Services. Creative problem-solving skills with ability to manage challenging situations. Knowledge of client contracts preferred.
