Required
High School Diploma or GED One-year office experience Microsoft Office Suite experience
Helpful
Knowledge of AS400 and Content Manager Knowledge of the trucking industry Bilingual (English, Spanish)
Responsibilities
Assist agents by processing all new and rewritten policies for changes and/or additions Process new applications with and without binding money Provide binders for proof of coverage Process agent mail and special requests * Contact Department of Motor Vehicle for Commercial Driver's License checks
