Qualifications:




Education: Associate's Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work
experience.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of Help Desk or IT Support experience preferred. Technical Proficiency: + Strong knowledge of Microsoft and Adobe productivity suites, email systems,
and ticketing software.
+ Familiarity with Active Directory, network troubleshooting, and remote

desktop tools is a plus.
+ High degree of accuracy and organization in documentation and recordkeeping.

Support Technician I Position Highlights:




Respond promptly and courteously to Help Desk calls, emails, and tickets, ensuring
each request is accurately logged and categorized
Maintain precise and thorough documentation of all support activities, including
troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and follow-ups, within the ticketing system.
Provide user guidance and training on IT systems, tools, and best practices to
reduce preventable support issues.
Work closely with senior technicians, system administrators, and other IT team
members to identify recurring issues and process gaps.
