Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be bilingual or multilingual, and have experience in customer service or call center environments. Duties



Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, delivering professional and courteous support. Assist clients with product or service-related questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions. Manage data entry tasks accurately within company systems, maintaining detailed records of interactions. Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients or promote services as needed. Process transactions such as cash handling when applicable, ensuring accuracy and security. Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive client relationships. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer support processes. Utilize Microsoft Office tools and other computer applications to document and analyze customer interactions. Support client services initiatives by providing feedback and insights based on customer interactions.

Requirements



Proven experience in customer support, call center operations, or client services preferred. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills. Excellent data entry, typing speed, and accuracy. Demonstrated ability to handle outbound calling campaigns effectively. Good analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Knowledge of sales techniques is a plus but not required. Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to ensure positive customer interactions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service while utilizing their technical skills in a supportive environment.
Pay: $23.32 - $28.08 per hour
