Work Schedule
DriveCentric's Support Team operates on a
4-day workweek
, with
10-hour shifts
to ensure comprehensive customer coverage and greater flexibility for our employees.
Typical Schedule:
Four (4) days per week, 10-hour shifts
Rotating schedules include
evening or Saturday coverage
What You'll Do
Provide exceptional customer support via chat, email, and phone.
Troubleshoot user issues and guide clients through technical resolutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Document interactions and identify trends to improve our platform and support processes.
Maintain a positive, professional attitude while assisting clients in a fast-paced environment.
Experience & Compensation
No prior technical experience is required--we provide
comprehensive training
to set you up for success.
Salary Progression:
Starting salary:
$50,000
After 6 months:
$55,000
After 12 months:
$60,000 + annual bonus
Bonuses:
Paid based on company performance and profitability.
