Handles incoming support calls or tickets and works directly with customers to provide services and help resolve software issues. Provides timely solution of problems in order to ensure customer satisfaction and eliminate downtime. Provides technical leadership and training for lower level support specialists. Documents fix and updates internal Wiki and customer. Can create content for Webinars and User Conferences and deliver effective presentations. * Other duties as assigned.
