About the Role

We're hiring a

Support / Junior Analyst

to join our technical support and consulting team. This is an

entry-level position

ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and learning new technology.

In this role, you'll provide front-line support for clients, document and troubleshoot issues, and assist senior analysts with system improvements and testing. Over time, you'll gain experience with enterprise software platforms like IBM Maximo and develop the technical and business skills needed to advance in consulting or systems analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer support through phone and email communication. Troubleshoot technical issues and assist users with application functionality. Log, track, and document issues and resolutions. Collaborate with senior analysts and developers to resolve complex problems. Support testing, configuration, and rollout of system updates. Create and maintain documentation for recurring issues and procedures. Learn the basics of SQL, scripting, and system configuration as part of your growth plan.

Qualifications

1-3 years of professional experience in

(internships welcome). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and urgency. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Comfortable learning new software and technologies quickly.

Nice to Have

Exposure to

IBM Maximo

or other enterprise software (ERP, EAM, CMMS). Familiarity with basic scripting or database tools (SQL, PowerShell, Python, JavaScript). Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS). Experience with reporting or analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau.
