Roles & Responsibilities
Monitor and manage incident and request queues in ticket management systems.
Assign, triage, and escalate tickets based on severity and SLA compliance.
Coordinate with development and release teams for change management activities.
Perform release management tasks in line with organizational standards.
Validate and support application changes and access requests.
Communicate with end-users regarding ticket progress and resolution.
Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical support using .NET and SQL skills.
Salary Range- $80,000-$85,000 a year
