Summary:
The Support Analyst reviews/resolves I.T. trouble tickets, performs preventive maintenance, repairs workstations, installs cables and network and phone switches, configures routers, and initiates action to improve network performance. The Analyst adheres to the Information Technology/Information Security training plan. Instructs and guides end users on security policies, procedures and best practices.
Education and/or Experience:
Associates degree in CIS or related field, or CompTIA A+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or equivalent required
Minimum three years' experience in I.T. and computer support environment required
Required to work weekend schedule on a rotational basis as assigned
Job Responsibilities:
Using I.T. policy and procedure documents, evaluates and resolves I.T. trouble tickets submitted via ticket system
Contacts employees and initiates remote communication to reproduce problems in a software environment, and initiates appropriate corrective action
Performs preventive maintenance on hardware such as workstations, printers, telephones and scanners, and repairs hardware as needed
Installs cables and configures routers, installs switches to establish communication between the server and PCs, peripheral equipment and remote devices (e.g., ATMs)
Improves network performance by checking cables, initiating new connections, checking network interface cards, reducing redundancies, and/or advising the network carrier of technical issues
Tests and evaluates new software and current software upgrades, distributes them to Training Department staff for further testing, reviews error messages, initiate fixes, and as needed, contacts vendors to resolve issues
Administers the Debit Card System and its database
Configures the Call Center phone system software and administers the call recording system by adding and deleting users, retrieving call recordings, generating reports, and assigning and resetting passwords for telephones and voice mail systems
Administers branch surveillance cameras
the Asset Management System and the anti-virus database
Helps maintain and distributes anti-virus software, and administers the anti-virus database to detect issues and initiates immediate corrective action
Perform other duties as needed upon request from immediate supervisor

The good faith range for this position is $32.00 - $38.50. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
