is a Syrup manufacturer based in the United Kingdom, producing premium syrups for foodservice and retail partners. As we launch our U.S. production operations, we are seeking a_

Supply Chain & Operations Associate

_ to support syrup production by managing inbound ingredients and packaging, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring materials are organized and production-ready. This is a hands-on role that works closely with Production Associates and the Plant Manager to support daily bottling, labeling, and packing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, verify, and stage inbound materials and ingredients Perform accurate inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconciliations Assist Production Associates in the line bottling, capping, labeling and packing as needed Follow all food safety and GMP requirements Verify purchase orders, delivery quantities, and documentation Maintain inventory organization and traceability Support production planning by ensuring materials are available and staged Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders Assist with basic reporting and operational tracking as needed

Qualifications:

English proficiency

required

(written and verbal) Prior experience in supply chain, inventory control, warehouse operations, or manufacturing operations

required

Demonstrated experience performing accurate inventory practices (counts, reconciliation, verification) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working in a startup / launch environment Bilingual skills preferred, but not required
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 45 per week
