Job Description
We're looking for an organized and proactive
Inventory & Supply Chain Manager
to manage inventory, purchasing, and shipping usingFishbowl
(integrated with QuickBooks). You'll support production, service, and sales teams by ensuring the right parts are ordered, stocked, and shipped on time.Key Responsibilities
Manage warehouse locations and maintain accurate inventory in
Fishbowl
. Perform cycle counts and inventory adjustments. Monitor reorder reports and create purchase orders. Receive and put away parts; maintain organized stock areas. Communicate with vendors about lead times and order status. Manage all instrument and parts shipments; maintain shipping supplies. Create sales/transfer orders and enter tracking in Fishbowl. Coordinate shipments with service and sales teams. Support production and operations with manufacturing order material needs. Assist in forecasting future purchases.Qualifications
2+ years of inventory, purchasing, or supply chain experience. Experience with
Fishbowl Inventory
preferred. Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
