Supply Chain Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Supply Chain Manager to oversee daily operations in purchasing, planning, inventory control, and warehouse management. This role plays a key part in driving efficiency, cost savings, and process improvement across all areas of the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute supply chain projects that enhance operational performance and align with company objectives Oversee purchasing of raw materials, components, and supplies to support production needs Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent quality and on-time deliveries Collaborate with manufacturing and production teams to align schedules and resolve potential bottlenecks Evaluate and adjust material and production plans based on demand fluctuations or supply constraints Manage inventory levels to achieve optimal balance between cost and availability Conduct cycle counts and audits to maintain accurate stock records Support warehouse operations by ensuring proper material handling, storage, and distribution practices Track and report key warehouse and logistics metrics such as order accuracy, delivery performance, and space utilization Work primarily in a manufacturing or warehouse environment with exposure to moderate noise and moving equipment

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (minimum 4 years) 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, materials management, or logistics Strong understanding of ERP systems and modern warehouse management processes Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Proven ability to work effectively across teams and departments Comfortable reading pick lists, interpreting part numbers, and reviewing basic product drawings Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking for extended periods Physical activity includes regular lifting, bending, and reaching throughout the shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
