Desired Qualifications and Skills:

\xc3\x82\xc2\xb7 Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or relevant experience.

\xc3\x82\xc2\xb7 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Material Planning, Procurement or Sourcing.

\xc3\x82\xc2\xb7 Strong data and reporting skills and the ability to present information to drive action.

\xc3\x82\xc2\xb7 Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

\xc3\x82\xc2\xb7 MRP planning knowledge (discrete and inventory based) and analysis experience highly desirable.

\xc3\x82\xc2\xb7 Proficient Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Primary Activities:

\xc3\x82\xc2\xb7 Analyze purchase requisitions for proper approvals, quality codes, and data packages. Determine Planning Path forward based upon MRP data.

\xc3\x82\xc2\xb7 Minimizing excess inventory by analyzing MRP planning across multiple locations, and facilitate transferring material between physical locations.

\xc3\x82\xc2\xb7 Oracle Master Scheduling and Planning of Independent and Dependent demands.

\xc3\x82\xc2\xb7 Perform project transfers to align inventory to requirements as needed.

\xc3\x82\xc2\xb7 Conduct planning reporting and analysis.

\xc3\x82\xc2\xb7 Creating charts of pertinent data for management review.

\xc3\x82\xc2\xb7 Interface with Procurement, Engineering, and Production teams as required.

\xc3\x82\xc2\xb7 Work with SCM Operations representatives to resolve planning issues.

\xc3\x82\xc2\xb7 Assist material requisition requesters on creating requisitions and providing requisition status.

\xc3\x82\xc2\xb7 Ensuring proper labor charging for working a requisition.

\xc3\x82\xc2\xb7 Coordinate planning activities across multiple plant locations.

\xc3\x82\xc2\xb7 Expediting/Tracking of Program Shortages.
