A growing manufacturing and logistics operation is seeking a Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator to support daily supply chain activities, inventory management, and customer service functions in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator Details:
  • Direct Hire position
  • $45,000.00 /annually
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday)
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, inbound materials, and outgoing shipments
  • Coordinate closely with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely procurement and distribution
  • Monitor daily supply chain activity and identify process improvements
  • Assist with resolving order, delivery, or inventory discrepancies
  • Support production planning with up-to-date material availability information
  • Communicate with logistics providers and vendors to track shipments and troubleshoot issues
  • Prepare and review shipping documents, purchase orders, invoices, and EDI files
  • Manage delivery schedules, trucking schedules, and shipment timelines
  • Track new model launches and service part shipments
  • Create and manage bills of lading for outbound shipments
Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse administrative support
  • Good attendance -- reliability is a core requirement
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, data entry, and basic Excel formulas
  • Ability to read and understand simple instructions, correspondence, and memos
  • Strong communication skills for vendor, internal, and customer interactions
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to apply basic math concepts (fractions, percentages, ratios)
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred)
