Job Description

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: The ideal candidate for this Supply Chain Analyst position will be a self-motivated and results driven professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills who enjoys working in a fast paced, team-oriented environment. The Supply Chain Analyst will ensure that product is available in the right quantity and timing to support customer demand while meeting inventory targets and desired service levels. The Supply Chain Analyst will report to the Supply Chain Supervisor and will be responsible for the following:

• Balancing inventory between all warehouse locations to meet production and order fulfillment needs.
• Minimizing transportation spend.
• Assisting with maintaining deployment related master data.
• Monitoring warehouse level stock turnover.
• Identifying and implementing ideas for continuous improvement opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, ideally in Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
• Preferred two to three years of supply chain experience in planning, production, inventory control, and manufacturing in a high-volume consumer products company. Exposure to housewares a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products with exceptional Microsoft Excel skills \xe2\x80\x93 pivot tables, Vlookup and Xlookup are required.
• Experience in inventory management and ERP systems a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Sound organizational skills: planning, expediting, prioritizing and multi-tasking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
