The Opportunity:
Williams International has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our team.
The Supply Chain Analyst will:
Create and report cost of engine forecast
Forecast material base
Assist in proposal preparation
Assist in cost price analysis as needed
Run and maintain weekly/ monthly reports for buyer activities
Work with buyers to seek out and implement continuous improvements
Maintain purchasing contract matrix
Maintain supply chain intranet site
Maintain supplier portal access and data
Create/maintain a supplier dashboard
Tracking/ analysis of supplier delivery statistics
Track supplier risk ratings
Maintain supplier capabilities matrix
Track expedite fees by supplier/ commodity type
Track order acceptance for DPAS rated orders
Evaluate impact of GIDEP alerts
Data preparation for monthly/ quarterly management reviews
Track shipping costs by carrier
Track shipping priorities metrics
This position is part of our PRO-BLUE Rotation Program for business professionals. The individual will rotate between 2-3 different disciplines, each lasting 3-6 months.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
1 - 3 years of prior related work experience
Must have Visual Basic VB experience
Must have Microsoft Excel experience
Experience with SAP preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills
U.S. citizenship is required
Position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance, if needed.
