Teva\'s Salt Lake City, Utah production site (s) are two of our complex manufacturing and supply chain operations. This position is responsible to ensure production materials are planned and produced to meet the production schedule/ship date.

ESSENTIAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

All areas of responsibility listed below are essential to the satisfactory performance of this position by any incumbents with reasonable accommodation if necessary. Any non-essential functions are assumed included in other related duties or assignments.

  • Responsible for developing and managing forecasts within the ERP system.
  • Responsible for the preparation and management of production schedules to support manufacturing capacities and to meet on-time delivery goals and target inventory levels using the ERP system.
  • Responsible for releasing process orders needed to meet the production schedule over the appropriate planning horizon.
  • Responsible for interfacing with many internal and external teams to ensure on time delivery of finished product.
  • Responsible for processing customer orders in the ERP system and coordinating the associated DEA forms.
  • Responsible for all planning to support Manufacturing, Validation, Engineering and other activities as requested.
  • Responsible for providing updates as requested by external stakeholders. including, but is not limited to; product ship dates, supply plan increases/decreases, forecasts, artwork revisions/changes including new product launches through order entry and final shipment.
  • Responsible for updating KPI is at a site and global level.
  • Responsible for completing training requirements and maintaining compliance with all assignments.
  • Responsible for maintaining work areas and performing job functions in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP\'s), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP\'s), Work Instructions (WI) and Batch Record instructions.
  • Responsible for performing additional related duties as assigned.
Qualifications

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.

Education/Certification/Experience:
  • Requires High School Diploma or equivalent education.
  • Relevant experience working within Warehousing, Inventory, Production or Materials Management in a cGMP manufacturing environment is preferred.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
  • Team Oriented with a high desire to learn, ask questions and grow within Supply Chain.
  • Self-directed with ability to organize, prioritize and stay in task in accomplishing work.
  • Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships between teams, departments and business units.
  • Ability to demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to interact positively and collaborate with co-workers, management and external partners.
  • Ability to analyze information relevant to the business objectives.
  • Basic computer knowledge of MS Office products, Learning Management Systems (LMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and manufacturing/quality systems.
Problem Solving:
  • Works on problems of moderate scope where evaluation of contributing factors requires analysis of situation or data.
  • Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies and selects methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
  • Selects methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
  • Acts independently and proactively to recommend methods and procedures for problem resolution.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: May need to travel between SLC sites
