Job Description


POSITION SUMMARY

The Supply Chain Analyst responsible for demand, supply, and inventory planning, supply chain reporting, and analyses for CuraScript SD. This includes analyzing, monitoring and identifying trends for demand, supply, and inventory planning of all drug products. This position is responsible for determining inventory strategy through the use appropriate forecasting and inventory tools within SAP S4 Hana, SAC, and IBP modules. The Sr. Supply Chain Analyst will ensure the supply plan meets or exceeds the needs of the business with minimal or no impact to patient and vendor service levels. This position is responsible for all facets of reporting and analysis requirements. The Sr. Supply Chain Analyst will support the Purchasing and Contracting Departments.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Responsible for creation purchase requisitions and orders within SAP S4 Hana and IBP.
  • Responsible for creation of inventory plan within SAP IBP used to drive inventory, and sales and operations planning functions for the entire organization.
  • Reviews consensus forecast and cleans data to drive inventory plan performance within SAP IBP and S3 Hana.
  • Manages inventory planning models and configuration within SAP IBP to optimize inventory, service level, and allocation and stability requirements.
  • Manages shelf stock planning areas and inventory optimizer within SAP S4 Hana and IBP.
  • Responsible for managing lead time, service level, safety stock and other core inventory attribute configuration within SAP S4 Hana and SAP IBP.
  • Develops reports and analyses utilizing Alteryx, SQL Query, SAP SAC, and SAP IBP.
  • Works with internal customers and supply, inventory and S&OP teams to optimize inventory, service levels and safety stock.
  • Communicates regularly (both written and verbal) with both internal and external partners.
  • Primary objective is to optimally balance inventory-carrying costs with cost of lost sales.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 3-8 years equivalent working experience; MBA/advanced degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of relevant supply planning or purchasing experience
  • 2-5 years of relevant ERP experience; SAP/S4 experience strongly preferred
  • 1-2 years of IBP or S&OP experience strongly preferred
  • Strong technical and procedural knowledge of ERP systems and procurement processes
APICS/ASM/IBF/LSSBB certification preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, and advanced Excel skills: database formulas, pivot tables, and charts
  • Experience with ERP reporting tools, queries, and business intelligence applications
  • Ability to interface with internal customers in a profession and ethical manner
  • SAP S4 and IBP experience strongly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • This position will have a focus on Hemophilia drugs and treatments, experience/knowledge in this area is key.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 59,300 - 98,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
