Support and develop
tools that enable key customer requirements, such as OTIF, ASN quality, and the Supplier Quality Excellence Program.
Utilize and understand
customer specific systems,
including
Walmart's Scintilla
system
(OTIF, SQEP, Decision Support, GRS, and NOVA
), which are used to generate supplier performance, replenishment insights, and recommendations.
Partner with clients to
develop strategies
and
action plans
to improve the overall productivity of the supply chain relative to
On Time Delivery and Walmart packaging
standards.
Identify current and potential in-stock and
OSA
opportunities and deploy solutions to protect clients from lost sales.
Participate with Walmart/Sam's Club replenishment managers, clients in the
design
,
implementation,
and
evaluation
of
replenishment settings
.
Analyze
DC/store level inventory and customer forecast to ensure In-Stock.
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
Bachelor's required
Work Experience Requirements:
3-5 years' experience with Walmart's
Scintilla
and/or Supply Chain Operations. College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:
Consumer Packaged Goods
retail supply chain experience, supporting
Walmart
Prior work experience in
data analysis
and customer systems, and demonstrate a fundamental knowledge of the technology involved in operating these systems
Proficient in
Walmart
systems such as Luminate,
Scintilla
(CPFR, Decision Support, etc.), GRS - Luminate, nice to have
Understanding of Walmart Stores, Inc. supply chain operations
