Supervisory LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

Supervisory LPN will be supporting clients and caregivers in the Kansas City, MO area.

Job Summary:

Under the guidance of the Branch Manager and local market leadership, the Supervisory LPN collaborates with local and market teams to:

• Assist in building community relationships to obtain referrals and referral sources.
• Perform in-home assessments to determine support and client needs.
• Conduct regularly scheduled supervisory visits of clients.
• Monitor personal care and companion care services provided by direct care staff.
• Assist in educating direct care staff to ensure quality of care.

Maintain confidentiality regarding client information and all related documentation per

HIPPA guidelines

Preferred Skills and Abilities:

• One year of clinical nursing experience; home care experience is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Energetic team player with a positive attitude.

Requirements:

• Practical Nurse licensure in the state of Missouri
• Current CPR certification
• Valid Driver\'s License and Auto Insurance
