The Shift Supervisor assists in maximizing the cafe / restaurant's operations and profitability by providing service excellence through the supervision of the cafe / restaurant team. The Shift Supervisor supervises opening and closing procedures when scheduled as the Manager on Duty; and assists in upholding all company operational standards to ensure a positive guest experience. Requirements:
Supervisory Experience in Hospitality or Retail
Strong commitment to excellent customer service and food quality
Ability to complete opening and closing of the restaurant on a daily basis
A knack for providing top-notch interactive service with our customers
